SkatteFUNN project reporting

All projects with SkatteFUNN approval must submit a status report or final report before 1 March.

Status report

If the project runs for several years, you must submit a status report for the project before 1 March the year after the project was approved, and a quarter of a year after that.

The report can be found on the login area. We will send you a reminder email before the status report is due.

Final report

All projects must submit a final report when the approval period in SkatteFUNN is over, and no later than 1 March the year after the last year of approval. You can find the final report on the login area. In the final report, you must summarise the activities they have carried out, the goals they have achieved and what is stated in the project, if any. Also remember to send a final report if the project is interrupted before the approval period is over.

There is no requirement for auditor certification on numbers submitted to the Research Council. Use the available numbers at the time of reporting.

The descriptions of the project in the final report are not published. If the descriptions contain business secrets, they will be covered by the obligation to provide information in the event of any access requirements, cf. Section 13 of the Freedom of Information Act and Section 13 of the Public Administration Act.

It is the project mangager who has access to submit status reports and final reports.
