Our advisers
Do you have questions about a specific call for proposal, thematic area/topic or industrial sector?
Find an adviser for your topic in the sections for thematic areas in each call for proposal. The Research Council has advisers with long experience and wide-ranging expertise from the business sector and research-based innovation.
Competence broker in your district
The competence brokers assist companies and public enterprises throughout the country in finding the right R&D competence. With the help of a competence broker, you will thus find it easier to find themes and opportunities for R&D projects as well as to identify and concretize project ideas.
Regional representatives
The Research Council’s regional representatives live and work locally in the regions they serve and often provide knowledge and expertise to important strategy processes.
The EU and Horizon 2020
The Research Council’s National Contact Points for the EU can answer questions and discuss opportunities available through European calls for proposals. A list of the National Contact Points for the various subject areas is available here.
Eurostars
Norwegian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that carry out research and development may seek funding for R&D projects from the Eurostars Programme.
Looking to cooperate outside Europe?
The Research Council has contact persons for individual countries and geographic regions who can answer questions and provide information about opportunities for research and innovation cooperation in non-European countries.
