Fee:

No course fee, but registration is binding. A fee on NOK 1000 is charged for no show, as well as cancellation later than the registration deadline. Only absence with medical sick leave certificate, court summons or military service are accepted as valid absences.

  • Build the most suitable Consortium for your next Horizon Europe project.
  • What are the key aspects to consider while building up your partnership?
  • Your tools to find the right partners/coordinators: searching facilities, networks, events and more.
  • Tips on networking events and virtual networking to be prepared in these times.

12:15 – 13:00  Key concepts and steps in proposal writing

With an Introduction to the Funding and Tenders Portal

  • Finding a call and doing a background research: Checking previously funded projects, finding results to build on, checking policy documents
  • Proposal writing and submission on the portal
  • What to learn first? KIP, KPIs, interdisciplinarity, open innovation, Gantt, PERT, deliverables, milestones, etc – some concepts for proposal writing
  • Proposal writing steps – key elements, templates to consider – what to discuss and when. Intro to the tools and procedures set up by the European Commission

13:00 – 15:00  Workshop: Call analysis and concept development

Under the moderation of trainers, participants work in groups on putting together a concept and consortium based with the help of call analysis.

  • Drafting Part B of the proposal: Excellence – Examples, tips and templates from section 1.1. and 1.2 of the Part B of the proposal with lessons learned from evaluations

  • Impact – The impact logic, Key impact pathways, impact indicators; Barriers; Scale and Significance in 2.1
  • How to develop a DEC strategy – section 2.2

11:45 – 12:15  From idea to Horizon Europe proposal – Implementation

  • Implementation – Examples, tips and templates from section 3.1. and 3.2 of the Part B of the proposal with lessons learned from evaluations
  • How to develop a sound work plan, and consortium as a whole considerations

  • Defining the most appropriate target groups. tools and channels for dissemination and communication
