The Call has the ambition to improve the implementation of personalised prevention strategies in health and care services, also to make them person-centred and better adjusted to people's needs while supporting effective and appropriate use of existing IT and digital-based technologies supporting prevention strategies in health and care services.

If the funding recipient is a commercial enterprise the funding is granted in the form of state aid and is regulated by the state aid rules. You can find more information here
